A Sneak Peek into The Supreme Vault: 1998- 2018 Online Sale Exhibition

Sotheby's online sale The Supreme Vault: 1998- 2018 takes place from 20th - 28th May, offering 20 years of accessories produced by Supreme from the private collection of U.S. based collector Yukio Takahashi. An array of items are curently exhibited in Hart Hall, H Queen's in Hong Kong and we have taken a look at some of the highlights. 

Over 160 lots of accessories for boxing, motorsport, basketball and football, as well as tools toys and other exciting items are on sale. The top lot of the sale is the Supreme Pinball Machine, a crossover of Supreme and Stern. The machine sold out in 6 minutes when it was first released as there were only 100 of them produced. The current bid is at HK$240,000 and it is expected to fetch HK$400,000 - 600,000. 

Another item on sale is the Supreme x Everlast Punching Bag (2016 Spring Summer)This red leather bag comes in the original box with a chain and swivel assembly. Estimated at HK$80,000 - 120,000, the bag's current bidding price is HK$70,000. 

This Supreme Coleman CT200U Mini Bike, 2017, in original box, is currently at HK$42,000 and is expected to fetch HK$50,000 - 70,000. This 2017 Spring and Summer item is a red-clad bike which offers specs like a 196cc one-cylinder four-stroke OHV engine, sturdy metal frame, 42-inch wheelbase, and a top speed of 24 mph.

Estimated at HK$40,000 - 60,000, this Supreme Fender Stratocaster White, 2017, with official carry case is also one of the star items of the sale. The Fender Stratocaster guitars are classic favourites of the music industry. Even Pink Floyd’s guitarist, David Gilmour, owns a guitar by the brand named “The Black Strat”. The guitar featured in this sale is a limited edition crossover from 2017 Fall Winter and some say that there are only 50 of them produced in total. The bidding is now at HK$35,000. 

Three pairs of Supreme Everlast Boxing Gloves from 2008's Fall and Winter collection are offered in this sale. The red ones are estimated at HK$25,000 - 35,000 while the black and blue pairs are estimated at HK$15,000 - 25,000. 

The sale features over one thousand items ranging in price and rarity. Below are some of the items on show in the exhibition.
