Sotheby’s unveiled a record-setting Modigliani’s Nu Couché attached with the highest estimate ever placed on a work of art, bringing the artworld’s attention to the Italian artist and his celebrated series of Reclining Nudes made between 1916 - 1919. We have made a compilation of 20 paintings from the series, some are currently in museum collections while some are kept in private hands.
