Founded in 2012, Poly Auction (Hong Kong) has built its reputation as one of the leading auction houses in the region over these years. Recently, there has been another company named "Hongkong Poly Common Auction Co Limited" that falsely and misleadingly claims that it has cooperation and/or affiliation with Poly Auction (Hong Kong). To prevent the public from being misled, Poly Auction (Hong Kong) released a declaration as below.

Suspicious Auction
Poly Auction (Hong Kong) Limited (“our Company”) is aware that a company which has a "too like" name to our Company is openly promoting auction-related businesses. Further, our Company is aware that a company falsely and misleadingly claims that it has cooperation and/or affiliation with our Company. To prevent our Company's customers and the public from being misled, confusing and/or suffering losses as a result of the above, our Company hereby makes this declaration.
Our Company has no relationship (cooperation, affiliation and/or whatsoever) with the following companies and has nothing to do with their websites or their authorised parties:
-Hongkong Poly Common Auction Co Limited (Chinese: 香港保利聯合拍賣有限公司); http://polypmhk.com/html/paimaihui/
-China Arts O E&A Limited (Chinese: 中國藝海展覽拍賣有限公司); http://www.yihaipaimai.com
In addition, our Company has not planned and/or authorised any third parties (company and/or person) to conduct any auctions, artwork exhibitions and/or sales events in June or September 2018. Any auctions, artwork exhibitions and/or sales events to be held not under our Company's name are hence not related to us.
To safeguard the legal rights of our Company and the public, our Company is in the process of seeking legal advice and shall take appropriate legal actions against those parties infringing the legal rights and interest of our Company to claim for any losses and damages thereto.
