Following its previous stops at Seoul, Taipei and Hong Kong, The KAWS Companion sculpture has officially unveiled at its fourth stop – the Fumotoppara Camping Ground near the Mount Fuji in Japan. Measured at 40-metre long, the sculpture is the biggest one yet, three metres longer than the one last appeared in Hong Kong. A selection of exclusive merchandise designed for this stop quickly sold out online.

KAWS:HOLIDAY, in collaboration with AllRightsReserved, has brought a total of 12 limited edition collectibles to Japan. Apart from the Companion figure, the collection will offer 1000 limited Kokeshi Doll Sets, Mount Fuji plushies, ceramic plates, T-shirts, tote bags and cushions. Prices range from US$50 - 754. According to the website of the official online store, products are all sold out.
Additionally, the artist teamed up with Herschel Supply on a limited-edition capsule of Heritage backpacks and tote bags. The inflatable sculpture is on view for 7 days only so make sure you seize the chance to take a look before the viewing ends on 24 July.
