Coming to its 11th Edition this fall, Asia Contemporary Art Show is going to feature over 2500 pieces of art from over 80 galleries around the world. It offers visitors a unique viewing experience with artworks dispersing in various hotel rooms, where each with its distinctive decoration to showcase the selection from galleries and artists. You don’t have to be surprised if you see Andy Warhol’s Mao II 94 lying on a bed or Zhang Xiaogang’s Little Navy put on a toilet.

Each exhibitor is assigned a hotel room where they can take the liberty to decorate every corner, window or equipment of the room to create an extraordinary atmosphere. With creativity and beautiful execution, exhibitors can present their artworks in a more appealing way comparing with conventional exhibitions.
Apart from the prominent artists that we mentioned above, the exhibition also features artworks from rising artists. Some of them may even show up in the hotel rooms and share their experience and insight to art enthusiasts. You can also contact the artists directly if you want to purchase their works.
The exhibition includes two sectors, one is a new sector called Intersections: Japan and another one is Artist Dialogues. The exhibition opens on 22nd September with HK Liquor Store Art Night and visitors will get a chance to enjoy a wonderful night with special Japanese-inspired sake cocktail. The ticket includes multiple entries on Friday, Saturday and Sunday so you can take your time to appreciate artworks from over 80 galleries around the world.
